Rayden's Policies

  The buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. Rayden Knife Co does not sell knives to those under 18 years of age.

  Rayden Knife Co assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us.

  It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased.

  All products made by Rayden Knife Co are one-of-a-kind, custom, handmade pieces. This means they are sold “as-is” and “with all faults”. You bear the risk of using it. Rayden Knife Co provides no representations, guarantees, warranties of any kind or conditions to the products offered for sale or to the potential refunds, either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude, without limitation, warranties or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, satisfactory quality and workmanlike manner.   Rayden Knife Co is not responsible for items stolen or lost. Once items are shipped from our warehouse, they're in the hands of USPS so please refer to your tracking information to stay up to date. Route Package Protection is optional at checkout and is highly recommended. All orders will be insured for total purchase price and require a signature upon receipt.

  You have the option to refuse shipping insurance. If shipping insurance is not purchased, your on your own.

  To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.  If you identify that you have made an error entering your information, please email us at rayden@raydenknifeco.com with your order# and corrected shipping information.

  We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.


  Any orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be issued a full refund. Any order cancelled after 24 hours, which still falls within the estimated ship/production time, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders that have been delivered, are unused and in the original sealed packaging, and do not void warranty can be returned, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the unused product’s packaging has been opened or damaged, the product can be returned while subject to a 25% restocking fee.  You must return the item(s) within 7 business days of your purchase. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom figured products, used products, special orders, and products sold “as is” or “used.” If the product is sent back and is determined to have a warranty issue, a full refund will be issued.


  Our custom ordered knives are made specially for you, are one of a kind, and therefore, cannot be returned or cancelled once your order is in process. This includes any custom engraving. If you contact us to cancel within 7 business days of placing a custom order, we will cancel the order however, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. after 7 days from payment, any returns or cancellations will not be accepted.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Shipping will not be refunded.
